"SANJET" Gas Singeing Machine
- SANDO's gas singeing machine "SANJET" can achieve uniform and intensive flames generated by our patented special burner nozzles, called "slits nozzle".
- Easy operation by control touch panel, which can select flame intensity of each burner, flame width*, burner positions*, each speed of delivery rollers*, etc. (items with * marks are optional functions).
All such setting conditions can be memorized as a recipe in the operational panel, and such recipe can be repeated easily by selecting recipe no. on the panel.
Total 200 recipes can be recorded in the panel.
- We manufacture "SANJET" for any types of textiles, such as woven fabrics only, or for knit fabics (open form and/or tubular form), or universal type applicable for both woven & knit (open & tubular) fabrics.
We manufacture 2-burner type, 4-burner type & 3-burner type, depending on user's requests.
"PERBLE RANGE" Desizing, Scouring & Bleaching Range
- Since 1958, we have been manufacturing pretreatment ranges (PTR) with our patented "PERBLE" reaction chambers, which can select scouring method from steaming or boiling.
Most of our users are selecting boiling to achieve better and even scouring effects.
- PERBLE RANGE is capable of perfect desizing, scouring & bleaching regardless of types and weights of fabrics to be processed.

"SSB" Short- timing Scouring & Bleaching
- Scouring & bleaching steamer which enables super-short-timing scouring & bleaching (each 2 - 3 minutes) with SANDO's own process know-how.
- Suitable for cotton & cotton/synthetic blends woven fabrics.
- No crease marks, and no uneveness of scouring & bleaching effects happen because of roll-to-roll system.
- Most recommendable for small lots production.
"HI-SILKY" Clip Type Mercerizing Range
- For more than 50 years, we have been manufacturing only clip type mercerizing ranges, called "HI-SILKY", which can achieve perfect mercerizing effects.
"HI-SILKY" can adjust fabric width in wider range with uniform warp density (no variation between fabric center & edges), and extract lye from textiles on the stenter.
Hence, "HI-SILKY" can adjust finishing width as customers' requests.
"HI-SILKY" enable better dyeability and beatiful luster like silk, uniformly.

Pad Steaming Range
- Our patented steaming box for Pad Steaming Range can prevent condensate drops from the ceiling, even without any heaters on the ceiling side. Because of this patented design without any ceiling heaters, energy costs for ceiling heaters are not required, it enable uniform temperature in the steaming box even top side or bottom side, moreover down-time of the machine for heating up the ceiling heaters are not required before starting operation (energy-saving, uniform steam conditions & less down-time).
- Due to uniform steam conditions & uniform temperature in the steaming box, our Pad Steaming Range enables uniform and repeatable dyeing results.
Liquid Ammonia Treatment Range.
- Liquid anmonia treatment is necessary for strong resin finish of high wash-and-wear rating.
- Liquid Ammonia Treatment enables soft hand for cotton.
"NEO-PERCLER" PVA Size Recovery System
- "NEO-PERCLER" is our patented PVA size recovery system, which can extract only PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) in waste water from desizing range.
Recycled PVA can be reused as sizing chemical again in your weaving factory.
- We recommend NEO-PERCLER for composite textile factories with weaving & dyeing process of large capacity, who apply high ratio PVA in sizing recipes, for sustainability and for sharp cost-down of size chemicals and waste water treatment process.

SANDO designs & manufactures all our machines only in Japan with top quality materials.
Almost all electric components are from Japanese makers to ensure troubleless operation.

Many our users are operating SANDO's machines for several decades, with proper maintenance.
Such long life can be achieved with our continuous supports for supplying necessary spare parts, necessary overhauls & reconditions, etc.
Generally, supply of electric parts & components are discontinued in around 10years due to model changes.
If required electric parts can't be supplied, normally machines can't run anymore.
But in such case, we, SANDO, provide replacements of electric components to latest ones, with necessary design changes.
